Police in the Plovdiv region are investigating the killing of a 21-year-old man from the village of Nayden Gerovo, whose dismembered body was found in a bag near a farm at Saedinenie after being concealed there for several days. A 63-year-old former police officer who worked as a shepherd on the farm has been detained at the Trud district police station, and pre-trial proceedings have been opened.
