A man in his forties died after falling from a third-floor balcony in Hässelby, in western Stockholm, on 19 July 2026. He was taken by ambulance to hospital with life-threatening injuries and was treated there; police confirmed on the Monday that he had died. Police are investigating the death as murder. Two people — a man in his fifties and a woman in her forties — were arrested in connection with the incident in the same building where it occurred. No charge decision has been reported.
